The prices are per week and are exclusive of tax at 13.00 percent. Pool heat is optional and is charged at $175/£91 per week if requested at the time of booking. For bookings of 6 days or less there is a cleaning surcharge of $75/£35. For bookings of 15 days or more we offer a discount. For your convenience we offer a variety of payment methods. The final balance is due 4 weeks prior to arrival. A credit card swipe is taken as a security deposit on arrival by our management company.
