The extended pool deck is equipped with cool decking which will keep feet cool and has a wonderful much sought after outlook over a conservation area and natural lake. The upgraded pool measures 30' x 15' and has an ornamental waterfall. The pool and spa can be heated if required and has underwater illumination. Pool heat is recommended from October through to May. The entire area is fully screened to keeps out flies, moths etc. while still letting the sun in. For your convenience there is a deluxe gas grill/BBQ for your al fresco dining!
